At Cazify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions.
1. General Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.
- All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Return Process

Contact Us: Please email us at hi@cazify.ca to initiate a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Package: Securely package the items along with a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number.

3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days, using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products or items damaged after delivery.
- Returns submitted beyond the 30-day return period.
